Charleville Ladies AGM

The Ladies AGM took place on Sunday 24th November at 5pm in the clubhouse.   Mary Howard the outgoing Lady Captain welcomed everyone and thanked them for a very successful year.  She also thanked her committee for all their hard work and support throughout her term as Lady Captain.

She then welcomed the incoming Lady Captain, Phil Curtin and wished her the best for the coming year.  Phil thanked Mary for all her hard work throughout the year and Phil then named her incoming committee members.  Lady Vice Captain Mary Johnston, Hon. Secretary Catherine Morrissey, Hon. Treasurer Marie Walsh, Competition Sec. Imelda O’ Hanlon, Handicap Sec. Joan Dore, PRO Mary Buicke, committee members, Mary Howard, Patricia Walsh, Sheila Clifford, Maisie Clifford and Eileen Fleming.   Congratulations and best wishes to Phil and her committee for 2020.

Immediately after the AGM, a fashion show was hosted by Chic Boutique in the clubhouse.  This was enjoyed by a large crowd and the models on the night were lady members and a staff member from Nora May’s who all did an excellent job.   This was a huge success and a lovely social occasion.
