Challenge Cup Team

Best of luck to the Challenge Cup team ( handicap 29-36) who are competing on Sunday in Rathbane V Nenagh. On the team for Charleville are Mary Buicke, Mary Cagney, Mary Johnson, Josephine Moloney and Siobhan O’Kelly. The managers are Aine McMahon and Phil Curtin.

 9 Hole Competition 13/14 May

On Saturday and Sunday 13th and 14th May there is a Ladies 9 hole Singles ILGU Qualifier for the R & A nine hole championship. The winner will qualify to play in the regional finals and the regional winners will play in a final at Royal Birkdale on Saturday 15th July . €5 entry and re-entry is allowed. All entry fees collected will be set aside for the sanding programme at Charleville Golf Club. 

 Mixed Foursomes 

Ladies , now is the time to pick your partners for the Clubs Mixed Foursomes. The qualifiers will take place between Friday 26th May – Friday 9th June. €5 entry per person .

 Mixed Scramble

The very popular Monday night Mixed Scramble will commence next Monday 15th May at 6pm. Everybody welcome.

 Ladies Lessons. 

There has been a great response to our drive to get new Lady members . 24 Ladies are attending the weekly sessions . Club Professional Mark Collins is providing lessons for the first four weeks and from Thursday 1st June for four weeks they will be joining the Lady Members for a Scramble.
