Last Thursday Charleville Ladies took part in the Revive Active Ladies Fourball competition. Playing for Charleville were Imelda O’Hanlon, Maisie Clifford, Carol Merrick, Zita Pearce, Marie Noonan, Mary Liston, Maria Kelly, Valerie O’Keeffe, Patricia Walsh and Sheila Clifford. The matches were all very close with all matches going to the 17th and 18th and many finished in the dark. Unfortunately Doneraile won three matches while Charleville won one and the last match was called in . Managing the team were Lady Captain Joan Dore and Vice Captain Mary Howard.
